Booking Terms
Booking Policy:
We look forward to welcoming you. Please review our booking policies carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.
1. Reservation Policy
Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a deposit as stipulated at the time of booking.
A confirmation email will be sent once payment is received.
Rates are quoted per apartment, per night, and are subject to availability.
All rates include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
2. Check-In / Check-Out
Check-In Time: From 14:00
Check-Out Time: By 10:00
Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Payment Policy
Full payment is required to secure your reservation unless otherwise agreed upon.
We accept EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), major credit cards, and approved online booking platforms.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to arrival: Full refund, minus any applicable processing fees.
Cancellations made 7–13 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking will be charged.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of the total booking will be charged.
Any applicable refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
5. No Show Cancellation Policy
A "No Show" is defined as a guest who does not arrive for their reservation without prior notification or cancellation.
In the event of a No Show:
The reservation will be treated as a cancellation.
The full amount of the stay, as per the original booking, will be charged in full.
No refunds or credits will be issued for No Show bookings.
Guests are encouraged to notify the property in advance of any changes to their travel plans to avoid incurring full charges.
6. Changes to Bookings
Requests to modify booking dates are subject to availability and must be made at least 7 days prior to the original check-in date.
Any difference in rate or charges due to date changes will be applicable.
7. Occupancy Policy
Only the number of guests confirmed at the time of booking will be allowed to occupy the apartment.
No additional guests are permitted without prior approval.
Identification may be requested upon check-in.
8. House Rules
No smoking is permitted inside the apartments.
No parties or events are allowed unless prior permission is granted.
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00.
Guests are expected to leave the apartment in a reasonable state upon departure.
9. Damage and Loss
Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the property during their stay.
A security deposit may be held and will be refunded after check-out, subject to inspection.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for events beyond our control that may prevent or delay your stay, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, strikes, or pandemics.
